Factory utilities
Compressed-air, water and other plant-service duties can be reviewed against the actual medium, pressure and temperature.

A high-strength, abrasion-resistant rubber hose construction reinforced with textile cord for factory service lines and machinery-matching applications.
Non-standard inside diameter, outside diameter and length can be reviewed from your drawing, sample or operating specification.
More than a generic rubber tube
The textile cord layer carries pressure and helps the hose maintain useful flexibility. The inner tube and outer cover are selected separately for the conveyed medium, temperature, abrasion, weather and handling conditions.
For machine builders and factories, the hose is reviewed as a component: dimensions, bend, routing, connection, movement and replacement interval all matter before production.
Industrial applications
Application suitability depends on the approved compound and construction. Tell us what moves through the hose and how the machine operates.
Compressed-air, water and other plant-service duties can be reviewed against the actual medium, pressure and temperature.
Hose dimensions, routing, bend, movement and mating interfaces can be matched to an equipment drawing or physical sample.
For abrasive or dragging conditions, tube and cover resistance are reviewed from the material, cycle and contact pattern.
Distributors and factories can submit an existing hose specification, sample or schedule for repeat and multi-size sourcing.
Real product evidence
The photographs show actual hose samples. Printed markings visible in a photo identify that sample only and are not a universal rating for every construction.
Non-standard customization
No pressure, compound or dimensional tolerance is assumed from appearance alone. The final specification is built from the operating duty and your installation constraints.
| Review item | Information needed |
|---|---|
| Application | Factory utility, machinery line, replacement hose, material transfer or another defined duty. |
| Medium | Identify air, water, oil, coolant, powder, particles or other material, including concentration and compatibility concerns. |
| Dimensions | Inside diameter, outside diameter, length and required tolerances. For non-standard sizes, send a drawing or sample where possible. |
| Pressure | Normal working pressure, surge or impulse conditions and any required test or safety factor. |
| Temperature | Fluid and ambient temperature range, including intermittent peaks and nearby heat sources. |
| Flex & routing | Minimum bend space, movement frequency, twisting, dragging, clamping points and installation length. |
| Tube & cover | Required resistance to abrasion, weather, oil, aging or other site exposure. Compound is confirmed for the actual service. |
| Machine interface | End shape, fitting or clamp area, mating dimensions and assembly drawing where the hose connects to equipment. |
| Order data | Quantity, branding or marking, packing, sample approval requirements and destination port or city. |
Send the machine duty with the dimensions
Send the medium, inside and outside diameter, length, working pressure, temperature, bend and movement, connection area, quantity and destination. A drawing or physical sample is especially useful for non-standard sizes.
Product questions
Yes, subject to technical and production review. Send ID, OD, length, tolerance, medium, pressure and installation limits. A drawing or sample reduces ambiguity.
No. The reinforcement type alone does not establish a universal rating. Working pressure depends on the complete construction, diameter, number and arrangement of reinforcement layers, temperature and service conditions.
Not automatically. Each medium and exposure can require a different inner tube, reinforcement and cover. State the actual duty so compatibility can be reviewed.
Matching can be reviewed from a complete specification, drawing or physical sample. Critical dimensions, duty, end interface and acceptance method must be agreed before production.
